When editing a cycle, timetable, or pattern, users may receive error: The update scheduling setup process can not be completed. All the available sessions have attendance information entered.
Changes to Cycles, Timetables, or Patterns can only made if no attendance exists for the specific school/year/session being changed.
Once attendance entries exist, the information cannot be changed unless all the attendance information is deleted as for the applicable school/academic year/session. This includes the attendance taken checkbox as well as individual attendance entries.
Note: If you have edited a cycle, timetable, or pattern that is in use in another academic year, a copy of the cycle, timetable, or pattern is created with the changes included and saved with a "1" at the end of the name. The original cycle, timetable, or pattern will still remain. If you're making additional edits to a cycle, timetable, or pattern that you have recently edited, be sure you are updating the edited version with a "1" at the end of the name and not the original, unedited copy as this error may occur.
