• Create a gift query
    • On the Sort tab, select the following fields in the order shown below:



      Constituent, Name

      Gift Information, Gift Amount


       
    • In the Sort By frame, highlight the Name field and click Asc if the report should be sorted in alphabetical order from A to Z or click Desc if the report should be sorted alphabetically from Z to A
    • In the Sort By frame, highlight Gift Amount and click Asc if the gifts for each constituent should be sorted from smallest to largest or click Desc if the gifts for each constituent should be sorted from largest to smallest
    • Save and close the query
    • Create a Gift Detail and Summary Report
    • On the General tab, select Include, Selected Records. Search for and select the query created in steps 1 through 5
    • On the Format tab, select Sort/Break and mark Sort by query order
    • Select all other appropriate options to identify the gifts to be included on the report
    • Click Print or Preview to run the report

      1. Create a Constituent Profile
      2. On the Profile Contents tab, mark Giving History
      3. Select the appropriate options to identify the gifts to be included on the report
      4. Click Customize
      5. On the Format tab in the Detail sort order drop-down, select Amount
      6. Click OK
      7. Select all other appropriate options for the report
      8. Click Print or Preview to run the report
