1. In Registrar's Office, select Reports and click Conduct Reports
  2. Highlight Infraction Detail Report and select New
  3. On the General tab, select the school and dates to include. You can also opt to include student with infractions in a certain range, or check to create an output query of all the students who will be included in the report for use in other parts of the program
  4. Select the Filters tab
  5. Filter on the records to include on the report
  6. Select the Columns tab
  7. Add the columns and fields to include in the report
  8. On the Format tab, check 'include infraction comments' checkbox to include comments entered by reporting faculty
  9. Preview or print the report
