What rights are required to use the Blackbaud Management Console?

What Windows and SQL Server rights are required in order to use the Blackbaud Management Console and manage your database?
Windows rights:   Blackbaud recommends users to have local administrator rights on the server in order to access the Blackbaud Management Console and its functions.

SQL Server rights:  System Administrator (SA) rights in SQL Server when not using the RE_Express or FE_Express version of SQL Server included in the installation of the Blackbaud product.   SA rights are needed for a user to be able to open the Blackbaud Management Console and perform all the functions within it.  Please contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance with this process or issue, which is beyond Blackbaud's scope of support.
