Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
1. Uninstall the appropriate product [The Raiser's Edge \ The Financial Edge or The Education Edge ]
2. Reinstall the appropriate product [The Raiser's Edge \ The Financial Edge \ The Education Edge]
3. When prompted 'This will create a folder called [product name] in C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\' click the Change button and select the appropriate drive letter on which you want to install.
- The primary file path will remain as [Drive letter]\Program files\Blackbaud\[product name].
- When reinstalling, if you are upgrading to a higher version than currently used, be sure to have sufficient disk space on the C: drive to install any prerequisites.
