Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

 

  1. Create a record query to group all the students who need the checkbox marked or unmarked.

    Note: You can access the Include this student in TRP? field by expanding Record, and then expanding Billing information in the record query.
  2. Create a new global change for TRP paid.  On the Filters tab, select the query previously defined to change the records.
     
  3. Under Student, select TRP Paid
     
  4. Select to Replace Unchecked with Checked
  5. Click Preview Changes to preview the records to be changed or Change Now to process the global change.
  6. Select File, Close to close the global change and save the parameter file when prompted.
