Important notes:
  • Requests for mandatory courses and requests entered directly in Registrar's Office are automatically approved
  • Teachers can add and review requests by student or by course. For the selected academic year, teachers can access the students they taught in the previous year.
  • Advisors can add and review requests by student. For the selected academic year, advisors can access the students they advise in the previous year.
  • Administrators can add and review requests by student for all students in the selected year
  • Faculty members designated as the head of a department, (BB265394) can access all student requests for courses in their departments

For FAWeb version 7.83 and higher: 
   ? Reviewing requests by student
  1. On the homepage in FAWeb, select the appropriate school, academic year, and session you wish to view requests for in Settings.
     
  2. Click Requests on the navigation bar
  3. In the View requests by field, select Student
  4. In the Student field, click the binoculars to search for and select a student

     

  5. To add or delete a request, click the New or Delete buttons
  6. To approve a request, select Yes in the first column of the row
  7. To approve all requests at once, click Approve All above the grid

   ? Reviewing requests by course
