Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

  1. Download and run the Find Unlinked Active Applications and Enrollments plug-in to determine which plug-in needs to be run to correct the data
  2. Depending on the results of step 1, download and run the appropriate plug-in(s). You may need to run both.
    • Match Applications and Enrollment plug-in: Run this plug-in if the Find Unlinked Active Applications and Enrollments plug-in lists records with a Utility to Use of 'Match'
    • Link Applications and Enrollments plug-in: Run this plug-in if the Find Unlinked Active Applications and Enrollments plug-in lists records with a Utility to Use of 'Link'


    Note: These utilities do not remove the extra enrollment, as there are scenarios where multiple enrollments should exist. The extra enrollment can be manually deleted if you determine that the enrollment is truly extraneous.
