When a record is marked as deceased and the addressee/salutation included on a report is pulled from the record, the record will be excluded from the report. However, if the deceased individual's spouse is included on the report their addressee/salutation may need to be updated to exclude the deceased record name.
  1. On the Format tab of the report or label parameter form, select the Name Formats section.
  2. In the Student Relationships section, select Record in the Select addressee/salutation from field. 
* Note if pulling the Addressee/ Salutation from configuration, the deceased's name will show in the salutation. Unmarking the spouse box on the relationship will prevent this from occurring.
