In Configuration:
  1. In Configuration, click Letters
  2. Highlight the letter to change and click Open
  3. Click Edit Export
  4. Click Edit word merge file

  5. Make the appropriate changes
  6. Click Save and Close
  7. Click OK


From a record:
  1. In Records, open the record type associated with the letter to change

    For example, to edit an Applicant letter, open an applicant record
  2. Select Letter, Modify Letter Menu from the menu bar

  3. Select the appropriate letter and click Open

  4. Click Edit Export
  5. Click Edit word merge file

  6. Make the appropriate changes
  7. Click Save and Close
  8. Click OK
  9. Click Close
