Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
- Click Admin, Globally Change Records
- Highlight Individual and click New Change
Note: You must select the Individual option under Constituent. This function is not available under Constituent, Constituent.
- Click Include to select the appropriate query of records
- Double-click Addressees/Salutations, Add/Sals Type
- For the operator, select Replace
- Select the Type to replace
- Click OK
- Click Change Now
