Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

    • Click Admin, Globally Change Records
    • Highlight Individual and click New Change

      Note: You must select the Individual option under Constituent. This function is not available under Constituent, Constituent.
    • Click Include to select the appropriate query of records
    • Double-click Addressees/Salutations, Add/Sals Type
    • For the operator, select Replace
    • Select the Type to replace
    • Click OK
    • Click Change Now
