Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Alternative Solution:
After the daily backup is created and saved in the Blackbaud Management Console, restart the SQL Server Agent service:
1. Click Start, Run, enter services.msc and click OK
2. Locate the SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER) service
3. Right-click on this service and select Restart
