The user's security group(s) is not set up to allow credit card information to be viewed. Try the following until the issue is resolved:

Grant the user rights to enter credit card information.


If the user has rights to enter credit card information and it occurs for only one user:

  1. Add a new user name with the same security rights as the problem user in the Raiser's Edge 7.
  2. If this corrects the issue, review What to consider before deleting a user name (BB55385) and delete the problem user name.
