To identify which emails were returned as hard bounces or soft bounces:
  1. Click Email on the navigation bar in Faculty Access for the Web
  2. From the list on the left, select Undeliverable Email
  3. Review information about each undelivered email in the grid

To view statistics about emails:
  1. Click Email on the navigation bar in Faculty Access for the Web
  2.  From the list on the left, select Email Summary 
  3. Three columns appear: # of Emails sent, # of Hard bounces, and # of Soft bounces 
  4. To open a sent email, select it in the grid and click Open 
  5. To delete a sent email, select it in the grid and click Delete
Note: Deleting a sent email does not affect emails already sent out by the program, it just removes the email from your list. It is not possible to recall an email after it has been sent.
