1. Create an import file
    1. Select Administration, click Import records
       
    2. Under Courses, select Grading information and click New Import
    3. On the General tab, select the Export records options
       
    4. Select the Include selected fields in the file option
    5. In the Import file field, enter a file name and location for the file to be created
    6. Click Next, Next to accept the defaults
    7. On the Fields tab, include the required fields:
      • Import Id (course)
         
      • Import ID (grading information)
         
      • Marking column
         
      • Graded
         
      • Translation Table
    8. Click Save and enter an appropriate name, click Save.
    9. Click Create Now to begin the export process


     
  2. Update the import file:
    1. Open the exported file
    2. Replace the Graded field entries on the import file with Yes or No

      Note: To mark the Graded checkbox enter a value of Yes for the Graded field in the import file; to unmark the checkbox, enter a value of No
    3. Save and close the import file


     
  3. Import the file
    1. Select Administration, click Import records
       
    2. Open the saved import parameters from step 1
       
    3. On the General tab, select the Update existing records options
    4. Import the file
