• Create a constituent query of the records to be included in the mailing
    • Create a Quick Letters export based on the query created in step 1
    • On the General tab, mark the Create output query checkbox
    • On the Organization Address tab in step 2, click Contact Information
    • On the Contacts to Receive Mail screen in the 'If a contact also receives this mailing as an individual' drop-down, select Mail to individual address only
    • Select all other appropriate options and run the mailing to generate the output query
    • Create a constituent export based on the output query created in step 6
