1. Create a participant query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Events, Event ID one of [events to be included in the list]
  3. On the Sort tab, select Participant Information, Name to sort the query results by name
  4. Create a participant export based on the query created in steps 1 through 3
  5. On the Output tab, select the fields to include on the list, such as Name and Event, Event ID. If a person is attending more than one event, multiple rows export for that person. 

OR

  1. Create an event query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Event Information, Event ID one of [events to include in the list]
  3. Create an event export in Blackbaud Report Writer Database Format based on the query created in steps 1 and 2
  4. On the Output tab, select the fields to include on the list, such as Event ID and Participants, Name
  5. Create a Crystal Report based on the data file created in steps 3 and 4
