1. If a fee schedule has not been added to the student record
    1. Add the schedule (BB317468) to the student record. 
    2. While adding the schedule, modify the ungenerated schedule following the steps in section II, beginning with step 4.
        
       
  2. To change the amount or schedule of an ungenerated schedule on a student's record:
     
    1. Open the student's record and select the Activity tab. 
    2. Select Scheduled Activity from the view drop-down menu.
    3. Highlight the appropriate schedule and click Open.
    4. Select the Billing Schedule tab and enter the correct amount. 
    5. Select the Schedule tab and click Modify Schedule.
    6. Enter the correct information for the scheduled amounts:
      • Change the frequency and number, if needed.
      • Change the dates and amounts.
      • Click Distribute evenly to re-distribute the amounts evenly.
      • Click Load Schedule to select a default schedule.
      • Click OK when the remaining amount is 0.00 and you have finished editing the schedule.
          
    7. Save and close the fee schedule.

       
    • To change the amount or schedule of a partially or fully generated schedule on a student's record:
       
       
      1. If the generated amount is more than the new scheduled amount, delete the generated charges (BB276920) until the generated amount is less than or equal to the new scheduled amount. (If the generated charge is posted, adjusting entries will post to the General Ledger.)  
      2. Once the generated amount is less than or equal to the new scheduled amount, modify the ungenerated or partially schedule following the steps in section II.
