To move information from one constituent to another, do one of the following:
    • Manually add it to the new constituent and manually delete it from the old constituent record
    • If the constituents are of the same type (e.g. both individuals or both organizations), merge the constituent records. Do mot mark the Delete source constituent checkbox. Select the information to transfer from the old constituent to the new.
    • Use Export/Import
      1. Export the appropriate information from the old constituent in comma-separated values (csv) format
      2. Open the file in Excel and change the import ID to the new constituent
      3. Import the data into the target record
