Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. In Administration and click Globally Change Records.
  2. Highlight Student or Applicant and click New Change.
  3. Select Student, SSN.
  4. Select Delete as the Operator.
  5. Enter ***-**-**** in the Delete field.
  6. Mark the Use Pattern Matching checkbox and click OK.
  7. Click Change Now.
