Note: Your database administrator must activate ad hoc remote querying before accessing School Store Manager. Attempting to use School Store Manager before activating ad hoc remote querying will cause an error message.

Hosted clients will not be able to take the steps suggested below. If you are trying to activate ad hoc OR are receiving an error when trying to Load transactions and Blackbaud hosts your database, refer to How to load RMS transactions to Student Billing in the hosted environment. Blackbaud does not host RMS data so the steps to load transactions are different.
