Implemented in version 7.60.250
  1. Set the Business Rule to allow total project budget amounts:
    1. In Configuration, click Business Rules
    2. Select Project and mark the Allow total project budget amounts to be set for selected Project types checkbox
    3. Select the project types to use for total project budgeting

  2. Enter the budget:
    1. Open Records and click Projects
    2. Click Open a Project and open the appropriate project record
    3. Select the Budget tab
    4. Enter the budget for the project
    5. Save and close the project
