We resolved this issue in version 7.75.259, patch 8.

Alternative solution:

    • In Banks, select the corresponding bank.

    • Select Open Register.

    • Locate the deposit in question and open it from the register.

    • Click Save and Close in the deposit.

    To prevent the issue from happening until it is resolved:

      • In Configuration, click Business Rules.

      • Highlight Payment.

      • Unmark the 'Warn if the payment is not fully applied' checkbox.
