Required:

 
     
    • Open the appropriate address
      • For constituents:
        1. In Records, click Constituents
         
        • Open the appropriate constituent record
         
        • On the Addresses tab, open the appropriate address


         
        • For nonconstituent relationships:
          1. In Records, click Constituents
           
          • Open the appropriate constituent record
           
          • On the Relationships tab, open the appropriate relationship
           
          • On the General 1 tab, click More next to the address



           
          • On the Address tab, unmark the Send mail to this address checkbox
           
          • Save and close the address
           
          • Save and close the constituent or relationship record


           

          Optional:

           
             
            • Open the appropriate address
              • For constituents:
                1. In Records, click Constituents
                 
                • Open the appropriate constituent record
                 
                • On the Addresses tab, open the appropriate address


                 
                • For nonconstituent relationships:
                  1. In Records, click Constituents
                   
                  • Open the appropriate constituent record
                   
                  • On the Relationships tab, open the appropriate relationship
                   
                  • On the General 1 tab, click More next to the address

                    • Open the appropriate address
                      • For constituents:
                        1. In Records, click Constituents
                         
                        • Open the appropriate constituent record
                         
                        • On the Addresses tab, open the appropriate address


                         
                        • For nonconstituent relationships:
                          1. In Records, click Constituents
                           
                          • Open the appropriate constituent record
                           
                          • On the Relationships tab, open the appropriate relationship
                           
                          • On the General 1 tab, click More next to the address



                           
                          • On the Attributes tab, select the attribute created in step 1
                           
                          • Save and close the address
                           
                          • Save and close the constituent or relationship record
