To enter sponsors from the event record:

 
     
    • Open the event record
     
    • Select the participants tab
     
    • In the left frame, select Sponsors
     
    • Click New Sponsor
     
    • Select Individual or Organization and click OK
     
    • Enter the appropriate sponsor information
     
    • Click Save and Close


     

    To enter sponsors from the constituent record:

     
         
      • Select the Events tab
       
      • Click the arrow beside the New Registrant button and select New Sponsor
       
      • Select the event. The New Sponsor window appears.
       
      • Enter the appropriate information.
       
      • Click Save and Close.
