Verify the drive where the NetCommunity database is located has sufficient free space for the database to grow.
 

If the hard drive has sufficient free space then check the following settings in SQL Server Enterprise Manager:

     
    • In SQL Server Enterprise Manager, right-click on the NetCommunity database and select Properties
    • On the Data Files tab, verify the Automatically grow file checkbox is marked
    • On the Data Files tab, verify the Maximum file size has not been reached or that the Maximum file size is set to Unrestricted growth
    • On the Transaction Log tab, verify the Automatically grow file checkbox is marked
    • On the Transaction Log tab, verify the Maximum file size has not been reached or that the Maximum file size is set to Unrestricted growth
    • Perform a transaction log backup choosing to truncate the log file
    • Set the recovery model to Simple
