1. In Records, Students, open a student record
  2. On the Bio 1 tab, select the homeroom teacher

    Add the Homeroom Teacher

    Note: If the Homeroom teacher field is not active, review your student business rules

  3. Save and close the student
  4. Repeat for all students to be scheduled with the same teacher
  5. Open Scheduling and click Edit Master Schedule
  6. Select View, Summary View from the menu bar
  7. Use the Summary View to create the appropriate number of classes for each course
  8. Schedule the teachers in classes
  9. Use Load Students by Group to enroll students in classes by homeroom teacher
