1. Open the report parameters, on the General tab, if the report uses a Template (VCO) try running the report with the <Include all accounts> template.
  2. For the Include account activity as of this date options, verify that the dates specified are not excluding the transactions
  3. On the Filters tab, what settings are selected to filter the transactions compare to the missing transaction records
  4. Open the missing transaction and verify the dates shown on the transaction matches the dates defined in the report parameters

Note: Remove the Post Date filters if possible. Post Date filters are normally only used when reconciling reports from any subsidiary ledger to the General Ledger.
