Use query to create a report of recent changes:

1. In Query, create a new query with the appropriate query type
2. On the Criteria tab expand [Record Type] Properties
3. Select a field to filter on the appropriate transactions changed, for example: Select Date last changed with an operator of Last Month to find all of records changed in the last month
or
Select Last changed by and select a specific user to find all records changed by a specific person
4. On the Output tab, select all fields to include in the Results
5. Select the Results tab to view the changed records
