Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.


1. In Administration, click Globally change records
2. Select Projects and click New Change
3. Expand Attribute and select Attribute
4. Select Operation of Add
5. Enter attribute type and description to Add
6. Click OK
7. Select the Filters tab
8. Select the Projects to which to add the attribute
9. Click Change now
