Conflict Report and Edit Master Schedule show student conflicts that do not exist

This issue may occur when terms for different schools start on the same date or when one of the terms has the incorrect cycle day for the first day of the term. To resolve this issue, the terms can be updated to the correct cycle day.

  1. On the Configuration page, click Academic Years
  2. Open the academic year record for the appropriate school
  3. Open the session
  4. Select the Terms tab
  5. Confirm the First Day of Cycle is correct for each term
  6. Repeat for each school's academic year record for that year

This can also occur if the Skip days are marked incorrectly. If the First day of cycle is correct, please refer to How to select, readjust, or skip a specific cycle day to correct.
