1.) Create a new Student or Applicant Export
2.) On the Filters tab, filter on selected students or applicants, if desired.
3.) On the Output tab, select Addresses, Contact Information and select the Contact number.
4.) On the Addresses screen, define the addresses to include and click OK
5.) On the Contact Information screen, select the contact types to include and click OK
6.) Select  Relationships, Person Relation, Addresses, Contact Information and select the Contact number.
7.) On the Relationships screen, define the relationships to include and click OK
