When you delete the academic year record on the Restrictions 2 tab of a mandatory course, you automatically delete all course requests for that academic year

  1. In Scheduling, globally delete all classes for the course
    1. On the Scheduling page, click Edit master schedule
    2. Select View, Summary View from the menu bar
    3. In the row for the mandatory course, enter 0 in the Total classes column
    4. Select File, Close from the menu bar
    5. Click Yes on the screen that appears asking if you are sure you want to delete classes with scheduling information

      Note: This screen appears only if students are enrolled in classes of the course

  2. In Records - Courses, open the appropriate course record
  3. Select the Restrictions 2 tab
  4. Select the appropriate academic year record
  5. Click Delete on the action bar
  6. Click Yes on the screen that appears asking if you are sure you want to continue
  7. Click Save and Close
