Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

 
     
    • Allow the installation time to complete. If necessary, run the installation after hours.
       
    • Disable the MSIEXE.EXE file and reinstall AddressAccelerator:
      1. Create a new folder in the AddressAccelerator folder
         
      2. Move all existing files into this new folder
         
      3. Stop all instances of MSIEXE.EXE that are currently running in Task Manager (BB520804)
         
      4. Re-install AddressAccelerator (BB87099)
