- Go to File > Exit and Sign Out to close the application
- Wait approximately 10 seconds, then launch your application again.
If the affected workstation is on Windows 10 and the above fails to resolve the issue:
- Exit and Sign Out of your hosted application.
- Uninstall the Windows Store Edition of Citrix Receiver from the computer.
- Download and install the full version of Citrix Receiver from the Blackbaud Hosting Services website.
