1. Go to File > Exit and Sign Out to close the application
  2. Wait approximately 10 seconds, then launch your application again.
If the error persists, determine the application server being accessed and click Chat with Support.  Then provide your Blackbaud Hosting Services username, the server name you are connected with, and this article number.

If the affected workstation is on Windows 10 and the above fails to resolve the issue:
  1. Exit and Sign Out of your hosted application.
  2. Uninstall the Windows Store Edition of Citrix Receiver from the computer.
  3. Download and install the full version of Citrix Receiver from the Blackbaud Hosting Services website.
