1. Add a new address and mark it primary. This unmarks the Primary? checkbox on the existing addresses.
  2. Mark the appropriate address as primary.
  3. Delete the additional address created in step 1.

Download and run the Multiple Primary Address plug-in (BB386810)

OR

 
  1.    In Records, select the type of record (Student/Applicant/Individual/Organization) and open the affected record.  
  2.   Select the Address tab and add a new address.
  3.   Mark the Primary checkbox for this address, which will deselect the others as being Primary.
  4.   Delete the newly added address.
  5.   Mark the correct address as Primary.
  6.   Save and Close the record.
If the primary checkbox cannot be unmarked then merge the addresses. (BB356720
