Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 
  1. Open Administration and click Globally Change Records
     
  2. Select Vendors, and click new change
     
  3. In the Available fields window, expand Attributes
     
  4. Select the Attributes field and click Select
     
  5. Select Add in the Operation field
     
  6. Enter the appropriate values in the grid and click OK
     
  7. Click Preview Changes
     
  8. Review the changes to be made, and click Change Now
