Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.


    • Delete any course requests entered for the course
      1. Open Scheduling and select Enter course request by course
      2. Select the appropriate school, academic year, session, and course
      3. Click Delete all to remove all course requests
      4. Click OK
      5. Edit the Course Start Term
        1. Open the course, Select the Restrictions 2 tab, and open the appropriate  Academic year
        2. Change start term. Click Ok
        3. Save and close the course record
        *Note: If you are unable to edit the existing restriction after deleting the classes and course requests then delete the restriciton and create a new one.
