Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
Connect and collaborate with fellow Blackbaud users.
When applying a Cash gift to a Planned Gift, by going to Gift, Apply to, Planned Gift, Planned to may be grayed out, or after clicking Planned Gift the Planned Gift checkbox may be yellowed out. This can occur when the gift is posted, if there is an adjustment on the gift, or if the constituent does not have any Planned Gifts on their record. Gifts can only be applied to Planned Gifts if they are not posted and exist on the same constituent record as the Planned Gift. This issue only occurs when the PlannedGiftTracker module is present.
