1. In Administration, click Set up system security.
  2. Open the Faculty Access for the Web user group.
  3. On the Group Privileges tab, under System Components, highlight and mark the Registrar's Office checkbox.
  4. On the right under Registrar's Office, highlight and mark the Records checkbox.
  5. Click Options.
  6. Under Record Types, mark the Students checkbox.
  7. To allow access to schedules, mark the View checkbox for Schedule.
    To restrict access, unmark the View checkbox.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Save and Close to save the user group.
Note: Users must exit and sign out and log back in before the security changes will take effect.
