- On the Log In page, click Forgot Password?, enter your email address, and click Send.
- You'll receive an email that includes a link to reset your password. The email from address is Blackbaud Authentication Services [mailto:DoNotReply@BlackbaudOnDemand.com]. Ensure this address is allowed into your email server.
- Click Reset password, complete the form and click Submit.
- If your email address is not associated with a Blackbaud Omnibar Login Account, you'll still receive an email that let's you know you don't have an account. You'll need to click Don't have an account? Create a new one on the login screen.
