1. Change the post status of class to Ready:
    1. In Administration, click Post From FAWEB
       
    2. Select the School, Academic Year, and session
       
    3. Mark the Change Post Status to checkbox and select Ready
    4. Mark the Include posted classes when changing the posting status checkbox
    5. Click Post Now
  2. Make changes to grades in Faculty Access for the Web if needed
  3. Repost the grades to Registrar's Office:
    1. In Administration, click Post From FAWEB
       
    2. Select the School, Academic Year, and session
       
    3. Mark the Change Post Status checkbox and select Posted
       
    4. Under Post the following, mark the appropriate checkboxes

      Note: Comments and Skills will not post unless the corresponding checkboxes are marked
    5. To update existing grades, comments, and skill ratings that have already been posted, mark the Update existing entries checkbox
    6. Click Post Now
  4. Add Skills to the Course and ensure faculty enters the ratings for students:
    1. In Records, click Courses, and add skills to the course's grading record for the academic year
    2. Ensure faculty enters the ratings for students
