1. Create an appeal query
    • On the Criteria tab, select the appropriate criteria.
       
    • On the Output tab, select:
      • Constituent, Assigned Appeals, ID (or Description)
         
      • Constituent, Assigned Appeals, Response

         
       
     
    • Create a pivot report
      • Select the query created in step 1 and click Generate
         
      • In the 'Drop Totals or Drop Detail Fields Here' section, drag and drop:
        • Totals, Appeal Count
           
         
      • In the 'Drop Row Fields Here' section, drag and drop:
        • Constituent, Assigned Appeals, ID (or Description)
           
        • Constituent, Assigned Appeals, Response
           
         
      • Highlight Constituent Appeal ID and click the Expand icon from the tool bar or expand each appeal manually
