Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

 
       
    • If the gifts you are querying on were committed from a recurring batch, the gifts' batch number is different than the original recurring batch number. Locate the batch number on one of the gifts and query on that batch number.
     
    • Open a constituent record that was in the gift batch
    • Select the Gifts tab
    • If the gifts are missing on all constituents, recommit the batch (which would be via new batch number) and use the new batch number in your query
