• Have all user(s) close Financial Edge by going to File > Exit and Sign Out on the affected workstation or server
  • If issues persist, ensure all proceesses related to Financial Edge are ended via the steps below:
1. Open the Task Manager
2. Select the Processes tab
3. Select the Show Processes from All Users option
4. End Process on FE7Shell.exe, Blackbaud Management Console.bmc.exe, and LoginManager.exe
5. Click Retry or Reinstall
