When running the pre-post report or posting to the General Ledger, users may receive the following error: 'File not found. No records processed.' This can occur when there is an invalid file path for the export file or if the user doesn't have rights to the specified file location.
On the General tab of the Post to General Ledger screen, try each of the following steps in order until this issue is resolved:
Rename the current export file name.
Save the export file to a different file location.
Ensure the user has sufficient rights to export to the desired file location.
