We recommend that any critical or time-sensitive email be set up in advance to be sent at a specific date/time.

  1. If you are not hosted by Blackbaud, check the NetCommunityService.exe.config file to make sure that the listed RE7 service URL and Blackbaud Mailer Service URL are correct.
    Note: If they are correct, try opening each in Internet Explorer from the web server to ensure that you can connect. If you cannot connect, this is the source of the issue and it will need to be corrected on the Web server.
  2. Open the list the email is based on and remove and relink the query the list is based on.
