By adding or removing a user from a security group, you can manage their rights to various parts of the software.
  1. In Administration, click Set up system security.
  2. Open the appropriate group.
  3. On the Group Members tab, move the appropriate user(s) from the Members to Not Members frame or from the Not Members to the Members frame.
  4. Click Save and Close.

  3. On the Group Assignments tab, move the appropriate group(s) from the Not a member of frame to the Member of frame or from the Member of frame to the Not a member of frame.
  4. Click Save and Close.
