How to add additional addressee/salutations onto individual records
1. In Records, open the Individual Record 2. Select the Addressee/Salutation tab 3. Place the cursor in the first available field under Type 4. In the corresponding Type field, click the drop-down arrow to choose the type that will describe the name format selected. 5. Select the appropriate addressee/salutation from the drop-down under Addressee/Salutation. 6. Save and close the record.
