• In Records, click Campaigns. 
    • Open the appropriate campaign.  
    • On the Funds* tab, mark the checkbox next to the default fund. If the fund is not listed, add the fund by clicking the binoculars to search for it.. 
    • Save and close the campaign record.

      *In The Raiser's Edge Enterprise, the Giving Hierarchy tab allows a user to add funds to a campaign.  Click the drop-down next to "Add New Fund" to access the option to "Add Existing Fund".

    If you have multiple funds to be added to a campaign record, you can import them.
